Whether or not your website was designed by MGM Partners, you’re likely to need ongoing web maintenance. You might want to change the layout to offer visitors a fresh new face or you perhaps you want to replace out-dated images. There are many reasons web maintenance is a necessary part of hosting a website; you should be able to focus on your business ~ not on the maintenance of your website. Below are the types of ongoing maintenance you might require for your website.
* Major image manipulation, customized graphics, and logo designs fall into the area of Graphic design and are not included in monthly maintenance fees.Below are five (5) maintenance options designed to accommodate the varying needs of each client. The hourly rate decreases based on the number of hours required. Please note the 20% discount shown at the bottom that applies to one-year advance payments. Standard Hourly Rate - $60.00/hourThe Standard Package offers web maintenance based on a per hour charge of $60.00. The minimum billable time is 30 minutes for $30.00. A signed contract is required to keep billing information on file. Standard package hours will be billed once per week unless individual work reaches 3 hours or more. Economy Package - $200.00/monthOur Economy Package offers five (5) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $40.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the five (5) hours will be billed at $45.00/hour. Time log provided showing time on website maintenance. Payment is due in advance. Basic Package - $350.00/monthThe Basic Package offers ten (10) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $35.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the ten (10) hours will be billed at $40.00/hour. Time log provided showing time on website maintenance. Payment is due in advance. Premium Package - $600.00/monthThe Premium Package offers twenty (20) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $30.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the twenty (20) hours will be billed at $35.00/hour. Time log provided showing time on website maintenance. Payment is due in advance. Ultimate Package - $1,000.00/monthThe Ultimate Package offers fifty (50) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $20.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the fifty (50) hours will be billed at $25.00/hour. Time log provided showing time on website maintenance. Payment is due in advance. All monthly packages include the option of paying for a full year in advance to receive a 20% discount. Unless a full year is paid in advance, all web design maintenance packages require a signed contract. Please download the maintenance contract and fill out all requested information. Please mail or E-mail all of the completed pages using the information provided at the top of the maintenance contract. Once received, you will be contacted and scheduled for maintenance. Rush Fees Rush fees are only charged when necessary. That means even if it is a same-day or on-the-spot request, you won't be charged rush fees if your request can be accommodated without the need to juggle production schedules or require working non-business hours to complete it, which would result in a $50/hr rush premium on top of any of the above rates.
